Had anybody seen a lv 30+ wand with good skill (None wind)

Very few magatamas are design for wand and weapons with good skills are very rare. I'm trying to get a lv 30+ weapon with ice bolt or fire balls but all I see are weapons with wind element skills. >.< Anybody saw one? And where? Lv 30 or 40 wil do thanks

I'm not 100% certain but try Yomotsuhirasaka or Okuizumo. The wand with 3 wind spells drops throughout Kyoto. Probably want to use the white (no icon but enhancable) weapons from bronzes since it will be hard to get one with good base skills otherwise.
