[LIST]Skill Requirement

I have been told in game that some skills have requirements as far as stats go but I cannot find anything on that and I was wondering if anyone might be able to shed some light on this for me, perferably in english cause I suck D:, I have noticed this though because on my staff users I hit 100% of the time with my invigorate skill but when I try to use it on another toon with no stats in wisdom I tend to miss 2 out of 3 casts when I try to help out someone carruing the party.

How much Mnd do the Staff's Support Skills require?
