It is possible to make the cinematic re-appear?

I do walk in real life that's how I get from one place to another, not alot during summer since it's too hot.
Rater than just replaying the cutscenes why not let the missions be Replayed? So after finishing the Story you can opt to re run the missions from the beginning till new content is put out.
