Ougi Skill Decision. Help plz!!!

Hello. I'm a level 25 power-focused character and I just recently acquired an Ougi Skill Set Card 2 and I'm stuck between the Ougi Eternal Thunder V(spear) and the Shining Enma Slash V(odachi). I already have water dragon V on my spear but I'm still undecided. Can anyone help? Thanks.

The eternal thunder is kinda meh from what I've heard so the oodachi might be better, especially if you want to use it/sell it. (Though I have no idea if the shining enma is that good, it still might be better than the eternal thunder)

Yeah I've been trying to find info on the Enma Slash but I haven't found anything on it. Thanks for the help.
