Where to get Burai Magatama?

This is magatama with

15% attack, max HP +400, Weapon wastage +30

I am level 30+ w/ lots of mags in my craft list and have done most of my side quests but still dont have, could anyone please tell me where this comes from?

I've never got burai recipe in byakou, as opposed to what people said. However, i did get at least 5 while doing cave of screams hell trying to hunt for dried tongue

Oddly I ran byakko for almost 2 days straight and never got, but when I went to Cave of Screams it dropped pretty quickly.

On another character I ran Cave of Screams for a day no luck then got in Byakko np after a few runs.

Perhaps drops are affected some weird way for character type or its just dumb luck.
