Thanks for your information !, so if my level is 40. I have to hunt at least lv.31 monsters and at max lv.49 monsters to farm lucky boxes. Then to maximize my support role, I need to find party with 10 levels above me, or helping others by finding party with 10 levels below me.

Anyway, is JAP Wiki useful? or rather than relying on those sources, what source do you refer to?

31＋, there's no max just a -9 level minimum.
Jp wiki is useful for stuff not in the english wiki, but you'd still need to test it in our version to see if it didnt change.
The english wiki should be your primary source and the jp one for stuff not in the english one.

Testing the lucky boxes thing is easy you just have to like say.. do kishinden on a level 15 or so character x amount of times, then do the same on a higher leveled character the same amoint of times and compare lucky box drop rates. It then gets narrowed down to 9 levels being the decrease point.
