What is ice dragon spear?

Yes i said (typed) it correctly, i don't mean water dragon spear or ice spear dance. I got a skill IV card for it but i don't know what it is or does.

It is just an error with the text, if you try to apply it to a spear it will be Water Dragon Spear.
