Wand skill Lightning rank 7 exist or no?

So like the subject says, does wand skill lightning blast 7 and/or call lightning rank 7 exist in game? if i have rank 7 skills and smelt and change skill is it possible to get? Anyone have lightning 7 skills for wand yet? I just need to prove if it exist or not before taking action xD thanks lol
