Pixelated screen

Hey guys! I just want to know. Did someone encountered that their screen got pixelated and cant see everything because the letters are like this "[]" with color (any color) and the surroundings is all color gray. It looks like I am playing minecraft and it happens always at towns and I am pissed. If anybody knows what is the cause of this and please let me know.
