It casts up to 5 cyclones on the target as long as it is alive. If the target dies and there are other mobs around it, it will spawn more cyclones to the mobs around it in the AOE- again up to 5 cyclones at max. It can electrocute and each cyclone hits three times. Do note that if you throw it around in town, Fuujin/Raijin will only create one cyclone because there wasn't anything to hit. You'll be able to notice a huge difference one you start doing dungeons with it though; it's a fairly strong ougi.
