No, I don't think so.. if you mean free exchanges. Cause stalls are exchanges, but they're not free.

The only way, is for you to have Onigiri coins, to trade from one character to another, and taxed 30% by Cyberstep. Even in one account, your storage is NOT shared. So, it's rather useless to have multiple characters in one account.
