How do people get many ougis and sell it for 100c?

I'm seeing many vendors of weapons with 2 ougi skills and they only sell it for 100c? How do they get so many ougi cards I'm just curious.

Most of the times they just sell other things to get rolls. Each gacha roll is 40 oC. It's also possible to exchange certain items into points, which you can use to obtain a gacha ticket(150 points) and use the gacha with. ><
So, best guess is that they sell a lot of items and use some of the profit for gacha rolls.

The only logical thing I could assume is that the ougis are unwanted by the player. I don't think they're sold for profit, but to recover loss.

They probably already have their weapon sets ougi'd out, so when they get another ougi on a gatcha roll, they use it to deck out a weapon to try to sell to recover some of the money lost.
