Contrary to what he said poison does not come from the creeper ants in Sakurajima dungeon. Not sure where it is but those ants don't drop them. And cedar spear is lv 10 just farm for the ??? weapons that give weapons around that lvl. Charcoal I have no clue.

you can get Charcoal from a monster called Akamekabe.
