Well, to find it we could keep saying the level kaguya is at and whether you have it unlocked
eg. someone says x, next person x-2 etc. until we hit the number :) unless someone already knows it. Then it can be added to the wiki :D

so... definitely unlocked at 20 (note: can not be used for untyped magatama)
