Miracle Stones, Fortitude Stones, Cutting Stones, Piercing Stones, and Crushed Horn Stones can all be obtained by repeatedly crafting Purity Magatamas (only 95 ryou each, easy to make) and then dissolving them all.

Though it seem the lowered the "rate" of stone rom "DE'ing" the magatama, on my secodn try to DE(DisEnchant) a purity stone, i got a miracle stone, so there still chance that those give those stones you mentioned as today (september 14)

Edit: and on my third purity: i got a cutting stone, so KEEP FARMING thsoe ingredients!
