Burnt Talismans from Toudaiki. You can find quite a few of them around the Izumo area. Minimum price is 8oc and I typically get one or two per hour of farming.
Various Magatamas; most valuable up to level 30 being the skill force Magatamas in the 21 to 27 range. This is a complete gamble due to the sheer number of possible Magatamas you could get... most of them being garbage or not having a value equal to their minimum price. What you'd really want to find are Banana, Pineapple, Gemini or Cancer. You can get upwards of 40-45oc if you're patient enough. Grind any dungeon on Hard or Hell where the enemies are level 27-30ish. A lot of people prefer Kishinden Hell in a four or five player party but anything in the level range works.
Orange Marble (and to an extent the other non-field marbles) from Daiku Cave Hard. Very rare drop but also very valuable. An Orange Marble by itself can sell for around 50oc while Chian, the Magatama most people use Orange Marbles for, can be sold for 70+. I know it's safe to farm in a party of two, three may also work but four or five would be pushing it. If the enemies are too high of a level the marbles wont drop. Keep in mind that there's currently a bit of an influx of Orange Marbles due to the Dungeon Master Event and they'll probably only get cheaper once the next set of Glass Marble Baskets go out.
Gungnirs are a crafted weapon used in a very strong, though very luck-based, ornamentation and need to be smelted to 35+ to be used. It's a lot of farming but I typically see them sold for 35-40oc and due to the very high drop rate of everything involved in making one this is probably the most consistent method of farming at lower levels.
Support staves are another thing you could make to sell but it's going to require a lot of time standing around casting the same skills over and over to extract for cards... or a lot of luck simply finding a staff with the preferred set of skills already on it. Invigorate and Idaten's Grace are a must and a third support skill such as Heal/Cure or Energy Ball would add a little more value. You could also spend an hour or so "grinding" the staff up to 2k durability to make it more desirable. I've seen a few shops set up around popular carry areas like Shinoda Forest and Secluded Forest where support staves have sold for 20-30oc, mainly because being able to give the carry SP or speed is a requirement to get in a party.
Dried Tongue from Shunoban(earliest found in the Cave of Screams) is a very rare item used in crafting Tiger Moth bows and often times the only item higher level players will not have stocked up on. The minimum price is 30oc which is fairly steep and probably why I've only ever seen one that has sold. I'm honestly not sure how hard these are to sell but it's something you may want to try.
Aside from those you could always try making something decent out of any red or gold weapons with high Grade(typically 70+) that you happen to find. At lower levels it's very, very rare to find something with high enough Grade to smelt up to 100 safely. Earlier this month I sold a few of my older weapons, the highest of which netting 60oc, so it may be worth looking into. You just need to know which skills are wanted for each weapon(such as Water Dragon Spear and Ice Blossom for Spears.)
