I have no Smithing when talking to Yoshitsune

Heya all, there is no option to smith weapons when I talk to Yoshitsune, is this a common problem or do I only have it?

What level are you? If I recalled you need to clear the Kishinden and given the Oninodachi recipe to access to smithing. *It will be a quest which is basically you talking to Yoshitune.*
