question about the frog event

are umbrellas tradeable? I need the pink one. I was screwed over by rng at the last minute, so I'm quite irritated about it atm.

base the rundown: I turn in 90 charms and get 3 different umbrellas. ok I just need to turn in 30 more then I'll get the last one, right? seems like a straightforward event for once. lots of people already had all 4 on the first day and they said it didn't even take them more than 3 hours. that's about how long it took me to get the 120 charms I think.

...rng gives me a copy of one I already have and there's only 10 minutes left (at the time of turning them in) before the server shuts down. crap.

so yeah, if anyone can tell me if they're tradeable that would be dandy.
