Dagger Peak "Operation timed out."

I made a new character and I'm trying to run dagger peak on it at level 12 but when I try to load in, nothing happens. I get a message saying "Operation timed out", then get disconnected and returned to the login.

I can do this on my main but not this character? Any solutions?

I'm guessing this is on console since the Dagger Peak event ended on PC last summer. All I can suggest is that you contact CS. Might be a bug.
