Help With Lunastasia's Skillset

So following the 15th day of the JP server's 5 Million Downloads Event, everyone got a Summon Ticket on every character. I happened to get a Lunastasia on my main. Not the best, would have preferred Ivis. I've only got one scroll per character, but what skills would you recommend out of these? The purpose of this skillset is to run dungeons quicker from Edo and beyond, preferably without being completely useless against the dungeons' bosses (and maybe Warding bosses).

[Normal Skills]

1. Icicle Massacre:
1500-something skill force at Rank 7, it's a personal favorite, but will it do any good?

2. Hydro Spiral:
Classic Water Dragon Spear. I'd love it if I didn't get tired of it during my days playing Spear for years. Nonetheless, if it works?

3. Dividing Force:
Never seen this one before, a 360-degree pierce and slice element shockwave. Skill force, range and cast time are decent, but how useful is it exactly?

[Ougi Skills]

1. Ougi Luminas Saber
Not the flashiest Ougi ever, but if the high skill force, Holy element or mob-clearing ability is any good, I'd use it?

2. Ougi Bolt Storm
... Which is another name for our beloved Thunderbeast. You know the drill.

3. Ougi Vermillion Bomb
Basically a shorter but stronger Flame Smash. The cast time is dangerously slow but I hear it hurts a ton. Mixed feelings.

P.S. I doubt there's an "absolute best" skill for her, so maybe a mix of some of the Rank 7 skills?

best skill is no skill. Only thing luna along with other parnters are good for now is 2nd life/hp/sp/skill cd swap time now. if it aint a musashi (let alone the fully awaken parnter --exceptions being yet again, musashi--) its shit.

Side note: no i dont got a hard-on for miya, luna looks way hotter (blue moon outfit, red moon looks like shit)
