Jinmuten-nou requirments

I am looking for information on the requirements for Amaterasu's title Jinmuten-nou.
Any help would be appreciated

The title is unobtainable. According to the wiki, you need two +90 weapons that are impossible to get in our version. However, in Amaterasu's menu, the title shows no requirements and bugs the cursor, which makes me doubt the title even has complete game data.
