Buff partners with magatama

Im wondering if I equip mags like Detestable Light or Prayer or Fusion Bear, will my damage go up while using partners?

All magatama and accessory effects apply during vanguard swap/divinity. Only titles work while mounted.

Weapon effects, however, do not apply during vanguard swap/divinity--not even the bonuses from smelting.

Im quite aware of this though
