Quest arrows leading to nothing

I have the quest "A Knight from Afar" and it says to report to Lancelot but the arrow leads me to a spot in Onigashima where there's nothing. there is nothing to interact with and no npcs in the area. i talked to lancelot but the quest doesn't advance. what am i supposed to do?

I think they removed it for the moment because the current Kotonoha sisters event has Lancelot tachi in another location in Onigashima. They will probably put her back in the same spot once the event ends next week. Item exchange is still available in Kumasou for those who completed it previously.
