Can't log in

So I kept the Alpha version of Onigiri in hopes that it would speed up the process of playing again. It took around 1.5 hours to finish downloading, I thought I was finished, until I realized I could not log in, and I really don't want to delete what I have if I don't have too. Obviously I have an account, obviously I have pushed the Log in button, and obviously can't log in... So do I have delete what I have or is there something else I could do instead?
