when do we get bonus?

my friend said if we reach kyoto we will get bonus for OBT, but can someone tell me do we need to clear all of the quest in kyoto, or we just need to finished all quest before kyoto and finished the quest reach kyoto?

You get it after CBT ends during the Official Release of the game on the 1st of July. The items should be gifted directly to your account then.
