You can get one from the quest-line in Kyoto, you can get them via gacha in cash shop.
Alpha Tester - Mage for life.
JP CBT - 5x
ENG CBT - 2x

ENG OBT - 8x
OBT Player - F*ck mage, spear for life.

So are Costume only Cash shop or is there some costume in game you can buy with in game gold?

i dont want the character creations ones
