Legendary Scroll

I am having some trouble figuring out what I am suppose to do for this side quest I talk to the person and the quest says figure out the riddle of the scroll but I have no scroll to read and no quest marker for it anywhere to give any clue as to what to do or where to go.

Clear the Den of Karma once, and the quest should be completed. I'm not exactly sure why it does that, but it works.
