Cant identify bow

Well, i dont know why but i cant identify bow. It takes me like 1 out of 40 to identify a bow. Im a bow user dats why i srsly need a bow. But somehow i cant get one. Lol. -__- Im lvl 11 btw, i know im noob but pls help me how to get bow because im using a lvl 1 bow right now XD and where to get bows for lvl 11 12 or 13 Thanks.

Can I know where are the specific dungeon that drops bows?
