use small amount for something that gives you profit

I would advise keeping the 60 OC for some weapon or skill card that you REALLLLLLLLLY want later on in the Bazaar. Rolling the Gachapon with that and expecting something good (like Ougi or avatar clothes) would be a miracle. Those Gachapon stories that are circulating here and CosmicBreak are definitely true to their word. You can blow $100+ and not get anything rare like Ougi or clothes while other people get them on their first single roll.
