Why gamble 50-100$ when you could just buy from a player stall for 75oc each

clearly CS was ripping themselves off

Gambling with real money in MMOs is a line a lot of players won't cross. It seems that people would price rare items absurdly high anyway, I feel like this does them no favors. Not to mention they should be working on their first impressions at this point.

This wouldn't generate more revenue... players have to have OC in the first place to buy from bazaars - People who didn't want to gamble before aren't going to be encouraged to gamble now, probably just another change they didn't think through.
Now players who didn't get the costume colours they wanted can't even get rid of them... why risk gambling on a bad gacha system when you aren't sure you'll even get the colour costume you want and be stuck with a crap one?

While that may be true in some ways. I am sure there are others who will now decide " I REALLY WANT THIS COSTUME" And then starts grinding items that actually get sold in the Bazaars, and does that until they get the costume they want. This would help take more OC out of circulation than just the tax (I think there is a tax). And I am pretty sure that will happen. Will it make CS as much money? I don't know. But there are ways it can work. Edit: Though yeah, it does suck that you can't get rid of a costume you don't like without wasting it, assuming there is a way to get rid of them.

I'm done trying to buy costumes if this is the case.

I spent $100 on their random draws alone and didn't get a single costume piece. The *least* I should be able to do is at least sell off a costume if after I finally get one it's something I don't like. But I see what they're worried about. They're worried people will be able to buy a costume from someone else and only spend $20 on it rather than hundreds randomly rolling trying to get something.

These guys are some of the worst greediest people I've seen that care the least about the community and players. You know I would have kept blowing hundreds monthly trying to get costumes if I could sell the ones I didn't want to other people, and I would have kept buying more Onigiri premium Coins in order to buy costumes from other people - but now that you've made this change I'm done spending any money on these things.

I'm not quitting or anything yet, but I am not spending any more money on this stuff. There's a possibility I'll spend more if they release Costumes, new equipment, Partners or these type of useful things that are direct purchase rather than random draws. But this little change where they think they're going to force people to have to spend more to get costumes is going to have the opposite effect for some of us because people like me who already spent over $100 on the game are now no longer going to spend any trying to get costumes. Good job guys. Way to read the community.
