Why do people seem to run ridiculously fast in every JP Onigiri video I see? I have Rapid Storm and even combined with Moon King I don't run as fast as most Japanese players.

The last time I went to the jp website, I saw something like 110>115. Does that have something to do with level cap?

Nothing about raising the level cap was mentioned in any updates for the past 4 weeks.

The only mention of a level was that soulstrike had a glitch where the skill force was not rising when the skill was leveled up.
