No idea, also you probably noticed that they mentioned nothing about it on the update notes. At least they fixed the voice bug...

According to CS, they said... even though a petition is ongoing, they cannot just simply change it because the players signed a petition. However, CS said that they will consult with the devs about it.

Just saw my bow user friend with a lvl 127 Otherside Longbow today, but I can't be 100% sure if it passed or not... I can't risk rolling a lvl 122-127 Otherside weps knowing that the RNG will roll a six-sided dice just to troll another unfortunate player like myself... The previous roll from the last event was super lucky! The whole mentality of... *Nothing to lose!*

I can guarantee that it hasn't been applied through conventional means at least (so there probably is level variation in ID'ing). The 113 weapons have a "noLevelGap" property while the Otherside weapons do not.

The petition targets are automatic and not set by the petition creator or the recipient. 100 is the lowest target and it automatically increases to 200 when 100 is met. I said 100 is a tentative goal because that's what the energy cost petition reached. CyberStep is aware of this petition and has not shown any inclination to change the identifications during the event, but their facebook has said that they may be able to change it afterwards & also that they will talk to their developers about it.

It's probably more difficult for them to make this change since Otherside levels were never locked in JP either, and so making this change would deviate from JP rather than simply give us something that JP already has.
