I can think of 2 options:
If Momotarou lvl is high enough you can train rank 4 skills, extract then put them on your weapons. Smelt them with Skill Evolution V option to make these skills rank 5. Make sure 4 is the lowest skill rank on the smelted weapon, otherwise the rank wont go up.
or
Smelt your weapon with Skill Change option (if its still smelt-able), that will change a random skill to another (same rank)
