Max Yoshitsune's affection.
For Wand/Staff use any skill then recover your SP with [Shift] which use Durability = then fix the weapon, repeat this action for Wand/Staff.
(Need to have Repair Fairy just in case if you need to use it).

For Melee, go to Yoshitsune at 3rd Line Hokurikudo, then you will understand how to increase it since there's monster nearby.
(Need to have Repair Fairy just in case if you need to use it).

Yep it's repairable even if it's broke(Example: 0/900+ Durability), except for any weapon that hav lower than 100 Max Durability since you can't repair it(Example: 0/90 Durability).
(Mostly get from Bronze type weapon only).

If I'm not mistaken, Golden Helm Fragment drop from boss of Mount Kurama (odin), it's common drop, so actually you can farm it

It's in Kyoto, the upper most dungeon of the map.
