I got a little problem when using skills like Icicle Arrow, Blue Fang Blade(TS version) etc. Whenever I cast these onto a monster and its eliminated/damaged, the dura is NOT consuming for that cast(consequently the skill isn't leveling up as well), for some monsters it's consuming dura and leveling up, but mostly I face the aforementioned problem. I tried not to dodge when casting them to see if there's the skill canceling thingy which is the reason, but it's not that I think. Any ideas regarding this and what's the proper 'mechanism' to use these skills?

1. Stand close enough.
2. Do not roll
3. Do not use another skill immediately afterwards
4. Do not guard immediately afterwards

This, and it also MIGHT be mob specific, don't take my word for it. But in a lot of occasions I find some mobs always taking dura.
