Manurouchi Sewer Pipe3. Clear time 1:12:57.
Ginza Sewer Pipe4 Depths. Clear time 1:05:56.

If you're quite intent on soloing through Edo, try to get the weapons from Nakasendo dungeons or Edo itself. Just take it slow and bait enemies one at a time. Switch weapons often and keep your best weapon's durability for the Boss fights. For me, the fights lasted anywhere from 20 mins to an hour. It won't take much to better those times.
