Where is a good place to farm skill levels? Or is it just based off the number of times you use the skill on a mob?

Unfortunately, the latter is true. Just keep hitting those SF Hell things until you actually get better with the skill. No other way except going to some low level mag hunt and break your weapons on them with damage that's 2-3 digits larger than their max hp...

People with extreme cool down, extreme sp regen, and unlimited dura sure have it nice.

If i use "Back Strike" from 1 weapon, and "Way of the [Weapon Name]" from another weapon. Will they stack? And how long they last?

I don't know if multiple Back Strikes stack, but Way of the whatever's definitely don't stack, since they should only apply to the affinity value of the weapon that the skill is cast with.

What does effective level +1 do/mean?

It's supposedly supposed to allow you to equip weapons a level above you, but seems like it's bugged (not just on EN). Either that or it does something no one can figure out.

Does matagama grade have any effect on those skills force matagamas (like amara matagama). So far the only difference it makes are on matagamas that provide defense and for crafting. How about ornamentations?

Q: Where are Tridents dropped at?

Have you tried various seki dungeons? I don't recall which one I got them from, but I'm 80% certain it was from seki.

Tridents actually drop from just before Seki, being mostly Mount Kurama(Odin0 or Okuizumo (blacksmith wall). There may have been one other place but those two were the ones that come to mind.

I've been doing Battlefield a lot, but that hasn't dropped any. Also did a little Hades but I didn't find any. I guess I can do Okuizumo then.

For people with high level Loli Amaterasus, may I know if there are any titles specific for axe users? Other than the kagehide sword/odachi/axe +60% affinity

Basic Combo +10% increases the skill force of the left-click attack of the weapon by 10%, though I'm not sure if it's additive or multiplicative. Swift (or High Combo on staves) changes the left-click attack animation to be faster in some way or another.
