In-game players respond well to parties listed on the party recruitment list. Alternatively, temporal rift seems to be the default chatting place. Not sure about discord tho. The first and last time I tried was like 2~3 years ago, left because of the unmoderated comments a number of members wrote there. There is probably a different discord group active now, maybe miyano can help with the link).
