What is the best way to get these Horned Scupltures?
Especially since apparently it takes a lot to make the weapons, like Anguished Twin Blades of Flame++
Any boss weakness to exploit on the Eldritch Beast ?

Except from grinding eldrietch beast. You can get some from events. Its easier to get from events but theres a limit on how many you can get from it.

Rain element skills such as aqua needle (bow) wds (spear) rain of judgement sublime (staff) ,Lancelot partner if you have her.
Wind element works as well. Partners: maeda,musashi,tristan,sasuke.
