Is there any way to acquire the Divine form of the Standard partners or possession scrolls for free?... Like a quest or something?...

Since the gratitude gala event has ended,I don't know where to acquire them besides from buying tickets using paid OC...

Outside of the Gacha, no. I doubt they'll host another gratitude gala anytime soon either.
