Why cant I playgame/login/create character?

The game is not up yet. The client is up for registration. At 1 pm PDT you will be able to login and make your character, according to the post here:

Why is the file size so small?

The file you downloaded is most likely only for the client and the ability to do the registration process when you "start game". Just wait until the game has officially launched to play at the time that was posted here:

What do I do after I register my account successfully?

For now just wait until the game is ready to play, communicate with other forum members, watch anime, go outside, or do whatever you have planned today and wait for the game to be ready at the time that was stated here:

IN CONCLUSION:

Be Patient. If they will bring it out at 1pm PDT then from the time I posted this you have about 5 and a half hours left.
