Two unclear quests

Does anyone know where to find the Ornate Handle or Ink for the "A new dagger" and "out of ink" quests? The quests didn't really specify where to find them...

Kaname drops the ornate handle. Still don't remember where the ink is...

If I remember correctly Ink should drop from Loss daruma. That's what the quest mentioned anyways.

[Cabrakan]

Ink drops where you take the quest, the cave near the town. I could not remember that towns name. First you kill Kaname and it leads to 4-dungeon quest in a cave that located between two towns. One of the bosses drops Ink in that dungeons or one of the creature in that dungeons.
