Where can I find the centipede that drops this item?

I've only found it in the sakurajima (tiamat's) dungeon and a few of the dungeons following the next town. They do come out in plenty but the drop rate isn't too great.

I found one by dissolving a Blue/Green glass marble.

The Big Mukades drop it.
