There are both of those problems.
I guess mine graphics are autoset like this because of 4 years old PC, but the game does need some video options.
Damage is delayed also, I can't use rolls normally, I still get damage when dodging a mob attack even when I'm out of it's range.

actually the damage is delay itself since yesterday till now all the players is having delay in damage too

To fix this why not to pay a new Graphic card...Nvidia 600+ are 200 dollares to 430 dollares..

I'm using an msi gtx 750ti video card. That's 2gb of ddr5 memory and I still have the same shitty graphics like the one in the screenshot you posted. I'm not sure if I'm the only one not finding a graphics option in the game but damn if it's there I'm not seeing it! Another thing to bitch about is the game's limited resolutions. The resolution I'm using is 1360x728 and I'm stuck with a shitty resolution of 1280x800 (if I remember correctly) when I play in full screen mode. You have no idea how bad the game looks when it gets stretched like that on my screen.

I was really excited about this game but now that I've played it I'm really really disappointed. I guess I'll just go buy Titanfall once I get my next salary.
