I cannot uprage my weap's skill so far that reached max lvl(10lvl) how can i?

First it's "upgrade".

It's actually more "level up" than upgrade.

And you keep using that skill to level it up.

I mean Momotaru have a choice to lvl up those skills for example:
Void Slash1 -> Void Slash2 but how can i make this?
