What uses are monster cards for?
And also, how does one know weaknesses of certain enemy from Bestiary? I'm confused with "Very Strong, Bit Strong, Bit Weak, Very Weak" description. I simply dunno which one is weakness and which one it have good resistance to @_@

Monster cards give you information about a monster and later can be used as qualifications for obtaining a title.
Elements a monster is weak to they take more damage and elements they are strong against they take less damage. (At least this should be the case)

Thanks for the info on monster cards o.ob

As for elements, I was wondering if "Very Strong" means that particular monster is weak against it, or is strong against it.

Rather out of topic: does Quest Outbreak gives anything when completed?

Monster cards are used to complete/fill out the monster entries in the bestiary.

1 card = 20% info

5 cards = 100% info on monster (drops, weaknesses, lore relevance and even a nifty picture)

As for the Very weak, I'm not quite sure but if you look at the paper monster the ittan-something he is very weak to fire so if it says very weak then it is safe to assume that very weak means they are vulnerable to that element. If it says very strong then it must mean that the descriptions are telling you what is strong against them.

This is only if you have the ittan mob completely analyzed though (collected 5 cards)

I might check and edit my post later when I feel like logging on.
