Anyone planning on taking advantage of this? and if so how much?

I wanted to try it but..i have no idea what these mysterious items do for my character and if it is even worth it xD
Example: Sakura eyepatch with purchase of 2000 OC ($200)

Accessories gives nothing besides look.
