Why isn't there a suggestion part for this forum?

Mostly I ask the question why there isn't a suggestion section in this forum it's easier to organize topics related to game feedback and also fellow gamer's and tester's opinion. I would like it to be implemented instead of looking for a general discussion forum section such as this which I would only be looking at it for any new game updates to onigiri. I would also like to ask are the US Version of onigiri going to resume the pace as the JP Onigiri? Mostly because whenever I played japanese mmo's that came to the US they usually become flops which I wouldn't want to happen to this game I give support to the admin and game dev's. Don't bash me for this it's just a question though I think it would be a improvement on the first statement I made.

Here's my speculation. It's most likely that the game is in an early enough state that they might of overlooked the addition on it.
On the other hand it's highly possible that the Japanese are like "screw it" since the bulk of their current player base is in Japan and development takes place in Japan.
Though the most likely is that the game is already out in Japan. It's expensive to change or add in features to the game since the foundation is already put in place, especially if the programming team did not make the game modular to begin with (IE Easier to modify). The game itself seems to be almost "throw-away" in nature due to some of the more glaring issues, namely it trying really, really hard to be Phantasy Star Online 2, possibly without thinking why other more successful Free to Play games kept F2P without being Pay2Win.
This isn't DE's Warframe where they've made massive strides, changes, and updates to their game system since release because Warframe is the company's magnum opus, their masterpiece. It's by no means perfect, but alot of effort was placed on it. Hell, even the developers come out and livestream what they are doing every 2 weeks, answering questions in the process to the livestreamers to boot.
Also since it's likely the team has not grounded how their monetization scheme (IE micro-transactions) would interweave with the game system (Knowing the company's history), the game itself will fall into the hole of Pay2Win and Power Creep* which is a shame since the game is relatively decent on it's own and with the lack of decent Action MMO RPGs it's one of the few that pull it off OK that's actually in English.
That's how I view the bleak situation, but then again I always anticipate for the worst :/
Feel free to pick apart the argument, that's what it's here for.
*Power Creep: As newer content gets released, there is a tendency for the new content to be "better" in such a way that the old items start becoming obsolete, effectively making them underused or completely worthless. Example: League of Legends heroes got quickly overtaken by newer ones until the older ones got reworks/buffs to bring them back up to par.

Strange I played the Closed Beta of the Warframe series and also participated in the kick starter for it. one thing is I recommended some new weapons back in the days being the whips and the katana with ninja stars and also the boomerang. I can say for many reason lots of games have potential and I would hope this one has it even though it's Japanese counter part of the game is better if they would provide a suggestions tab I would definitely like to get into it and give my feed back. Even back in Warframe CB they only participated in chats it was only the hype that carried war frame through then working on that hype to get more out of it with new contents from the users. I can consider a lot of things for this game but I would like to know are they facing a set plan for this game or a actual player based opinion on what to do/. Seeing it's good to take in player suggestion I would recommend a plan for the games development to make long stride for it's future success.
Also I was shocked that the DE's of the Warframe series partnered up with G1 of the APB series but that would be reason of why they got so much funding on there side for future endeavors. Seeing by the fact that Warframe Cash currency prices are double on the G1 site there partnered with compared to the main site. So if the US Version of the game Partnered with another publisher to release it on another site that gains some foot hold in the later on future. I played both War frame and APB I also participated in the CB of Vindictus even with RaiderZ which became a flop but is still living due to it's constant update but the only reason it's alive is because it belong to perfect world which has other games which it's player base is housed in.

What I would recommend for this game to implement in it's later phases are a dying system for cloths, Daily monster events for all players to participate with a changing prize, Also some place pleasure area for player to relax and Also some emotes in the game though not anything rigid as the Vindictus emotes those were horrible when it first came out. This game would benefit from clan's systems, also a Deeper interaction with there partner npc's they travel with the most. Also more things like a Mailing system using a mailbox and for later methods a trade system using a market board, also just in case I never saw gold spamming for those who used a market board in game but for this instance the game gives enough money fairly that one never see's a gold spammer. I would recommend though a in game report options just incase with a inspections option to press and see what a character is equiped with in the game I know a lot of players would like to look at each others amazing stats. Also a option to skip cutscene's when every one is in agreement when they already seen it~
Then when the OB start some premium cash outfits for characters to wear I can give some suggestion later but I would recommend a rework in the in game currency prices seeing in warframe it is the only game you can pay $5 for and get a decent amount of in game cash for something important.

Well reasons aside, there is only one glaring problem with the marketplace suggestion as the Japanese version does the PSO2's Pay2Trade system meaning trading cannot be done without actually throwing real money in for a trade license. On the one hand, no gold farmers/gold spam, on the other hand the player economy is officially dead before the gates open :/
The inspection part is, at least for me, only really useful in a PvP setting. If I remember right, even the Japanese version doesn't have PvP. it also serves to prevent people from picking up the "Gear Elitism" that some games have though the game is easy enough the Elitism might not even surface, but human beings are a crafty bunch.
The only real suggestion is getting the Japanese tutorial as well as some further explanation on stats/proficiencies since it's confusing from the get go, and any game that allows you alot of choice means that your first character will be inefficient at best and gimped at worst.
The other, being more of a complaint is the tuning of hit-detection. I've complained time and again about Monster Hunter Freedom Unite about getting killed by the dust trailing from an attack but the hit-boxes here range from OK to downright ridiculous. This is also where I discovered that there are no invincibility frames during a roll, which I find rather odd coming from Dark Souls and Monster Hunter background. The general hit-boxes need a tune-up, and the introduction of I-frames require a mechanics change which is highly unlikely.
The last niggling ones is the experience curve and reassigning keys. The current rate is decent enough, but the gear you obtain can vastly outstrip your ability to equip them. Either the gear needs to be rescaled or the curve needs to be restored back to the Japanese counterpart. (Assuming this will be the rate for the Open Beta/Release)
The ability to reassign keys is something that has bugged me alot. I'd rather have a "Roll" button assigned to Shift and a separate block button nearby along with item keys closer to the movement keys. This is my preferred setup but the freedom to reassign keys would be a nice convenience option.
PS: What is the point of Jump? There are no air combos and enemies have no real weak/breakable points on them. Additional movement is fine, yes, but it just feels tacked on, especially when invisible walls tend to be prominent.
