I never did dissolution on my wand user char and she's lv 25 and I do all quest available(main and side quest) but I never saw any magatama with "wand affinity." And if you look at Kaguya their is one. However it's lv 44 (Harvest Night Magatama). All magatama affinity I have are sword, axe, bow, odachi, spear, staff but nothing about wand. If you happened to have 1 or know where to get the recipe can u please post.

But base on my asking and experience. you can start getting or wearing wand affinity magatama at lv 25. And you can get it via quest in Onigashima.
