The strongest attack you found on a lvl 1 weapon?

I just found a lvl 1 spear with devastation slash IV on it


Hating these flies in Izumo but since they cant go onto the path they aren't really a threat but hitting them is an issue, low drop rate on baby fly wings to.

Got a Bamboo Bow with Collapsing Arrow IV... on my mage char. .-.
